Election – at its 2020AGM, the organisation refused to give a female member with Chinese background an equal opportunity to compete for committee election.  

Racism – I suffered racial attacks in the community. 

Voting– The organisation refused to accept 2 votes from its members with Chinese background.

Fair Trading mediation completed upon my request about election irregularities. 

The organisation bullied me to compensate it for mediation.

I complained to NCAT 

NCAT dismissed my complaint about perceived racism and organisational breaches.  

NCAT Appeal Panel dismissed my appeal. 

I commenced proceedings at the Supreme Court,

NCAT purported to insert some materials into the initial decision record. 

NCAT Appeal Panel made a no costs order (for internal review)

The organisation began to take action of raising funds  (special levies) for litigation.
